This new oak timber framed barn extension to a period cottage gave the owners a large open living space with an abundance of natural light from all angles. The kitchen reflects the light from its white composite stone tops, the deep blue of the Island offering a contrast and focal point, with a coffee bar for Sunday papers. The glass splash-back adds vibrancy, as well as being practical and easy to keep clean.
