Call us and tell us what you have in mind. If you like the sound of what we offer Rob or Tom will visit you to talk further and take measurements. This allows us to work up a design and provide an approximate price
STEP 2
If you want to proceed we normally visit again to agree a detailed design and maybe take further measurements. We can then provide an accurate price based on the choices you make. Upon accepting your deposit we will start making your order at our workshop in Suffolk. This process normally takes three or four weeks. All units are painted or treated in our finishing shop before they are ready for installation.
STEP 3
We liaise with electricians and decorators or builders to ensure that your commission is installed at the best point in your workflow. We can advise at an early stage how long we think will be needed for installation. A final finishing treatment is provided following installation and we check that all units and equipment we supply are functioning perfectly before handover.
STEP 4
Satisfied customers are our highest priority. We offer a comprehensive after sales service including spares and maintenance.
